Responsibility
- we have an opportunity for a Specification Sales Manager to work alongside the external and internal Sales Managers using market and competitors intelligence
- ensure any potential variation is discussed & agreed with the customer prior to project handover & dates agreed
- work alongside with the external & internal Sales Managers using market & competitors intelligence
- work closely with the Construction & Regional Director to develop sales strategies to maximise business opportunities on all tracked projects
