Responsibility
- the support will be based around a independent living package of structured key work sessions to support individuals
- these sessions will aim to promote the life skills of young people and support their transition into adulthood
- we are currently recruiting for experienced support workers to offer transitional support to Young People aged 16 – 18 living within semi-independent placements in a 24-7 staffed home, in Erdington Birmingham
- we are currently recruiting for an experienced support worker to offer transitional support to Young People aged 16 – 18 living within semi-independent placements in a 24-7 staffed home, in Erdington Birmingham
- attend staff meetings and training sessions as and when required
- to report to the Manager any incidents or concerns about the young people/or the home
Education
- GCSE or equivalent
