- clean and maintain communal areas in residential flats, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene
- perform a variety of cleaning tasks, including, vaccuming, mopping, dusting and window cleaning
- clean windows, mirrors, and other surfaces as required
- restock supplies and notify management when inventory is running low
- operate cleaning equipment and machinery safely and efficiently
- adhere to health and safety guidelines and ensure compliance with company policies
- drive company vans to transport cleaning equipment, supplies, and team members to different locations
- follow established routes and schedules to ensure timely and efficient transportation
Requirements
- valid full UK driver's license with a clean driving record
- proven experience as a commercial cleaner, with a focus on communal areas or residential buildings
- ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating excellent teamwork and communication skills
- strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality cleaning services
- time management skills to ensure completion of tasks within designated timeframes
- physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy equipment or supplies, as required
- familiarity with cleaning equipment and supplies
- basic knowledge of health and safety regulations
