process enquiries promptly in line with the company’s KPI’s with attention to detail
we are a busy Waste Management Company based in Upton Magna, Shrewsbury looking to hire an experienced Customer Service Executive to join our busy Customer Services Team
accept orders and follow through with bookings ensuring all information provided is checked and relayed to the service provider
you must have the ability to stay calm and work well under pressure whilst maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times
liaise with service providers regarding bookings, issues, eta’s
Requirements
build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
ability to work as part of a cross-functional team
go the extra mile to engage clients
good working knowledge of IT systems
ensure that sufficient / detailed information is obtained to allow completion of client’s request
hands-on experience with CRM software is an advantage but not essential
confidence, patience, politeness, tact and diplomacy, when dealing with diverse situations
listening skills, to understand and convey exactly what clients require
