Responsibility

  • you will also be asked to respond promptly to customer enquiries, provide quotations and place / process orders
  • managing high volume of incoming calls and emails in a professional and timely manner
  • build and nurture relationships effectively with new and prospective clients to provide appropriate/ alternative waste management solutions
  • process enquiries promptly in line with the company’s KPI’s with attention to detail
  • we are a busy Waste Management Company based in Upton Magna, Shrewsbury looking to hire an experienced Customer Service Executive to join our busy Customer Services Team
  • accept orders and follow through with bookings ensuring all information provided is checked and relayed to the service provider
  • you must have the ability to stay calm and work well under pressure whilst maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times
  • liaise with service providers regarding bookings, issues, eta’s

Requirements

  • build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
  • ability to work as part of a cross-functional team
  • go the extra mile to engage clients
  • good working knowledge of IT systems
  • ensure that sufficient / detailed information is obtained to allow completion of client’s request
  • hands-on experience with CRM software is an advantage but not essential
  • confidence, patience, politeness, tact and diplomacy, when dealing with diverse situations
  • listening skills, to understand and convey exactly what clients require
