Responsibility
- coordinating social media channels including posting, engagement, monitoring and identifying trends
- coordinating the print and distribution of marketing and communications assets
- supporting the Marketing and Communications Manager to run a highly effective Marketing & Communications Function
- providing general administration support for the effective running of the Crewe centre
- liaising with a range of stakeholders to support the development of content across a variety of channels including newsletters, press releases, website and social media
Requirements
- level 3 in a relevant field such as Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications or PR
- experience across various social media platforms
- competent writing ability
- degree qualification in a relevant field such as Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, PR or Business Management
- experience with website administration
- excellent communication skills
- fantastic customer services skills and confidence with dealing with all members of the public
- A keen eye for design
