the role of the Sales Administrator will be to deal with incoming customer enquiries and orders from start to finish. Assisting the sales office supervisor and sales team with daily sales administration activities
entry of despatched orders onto our carriers online booking systems
daily filing and scanning of completed customer orders
visitors are only allowed where necessary
processing customer orders on to Sage
Requirements
good organisational skills and ability to manage a number of tasks at the same time
ability to prioritise own workload
strong communication skills
must be detail oriented
smart appearance and mature and confident outgoing personality
reliable timekeeping
experience in Sage based order entry systems desirable but not essential as full training shall be provided
sales administration: 1 year
