Responsibility

  • implementation of and monitoring the application of the site management policy
  • co-ordinate with Client site based and project employees
  • manage review & acceptance of risk assessments & method statements for all onsite work activities, ensure RAMS register is updated
  • review & accept Health & Safety, Quality & Environmental plans ensuring all staff follow accordingly
  • “ We remove construction managers and business owners health and safety problems without additional costs, delays or surprises”
  • attend and chair meeting for coordination of work activities across site
  • coordinate with end customer project team
  • to monitor and report the team progress against the project programme
