- salary for this position is up to £31,000 per annum
- you will also be responsible for maintaining effective communication across the team and the wider organisation

- you should have a clear and confident telephone manner and the ability to multi-task and prioritise
- the role will involve managing and motivating a team of 5 Customer Service Advisors, to ensure their output is of the highest quality, that targets are achieved, and that customers are always put first
