- you will be required to maintain a clear and well documented filing system and record keeping
- you will be working in a small office and will need to have excellent communication skills to liaise with customers, suppliers and the internal sales team and colleagues to ensure that all parties are fully aware of the status of their orders
- gain approval for supplier payments
- reconciling bank accounts
- ensure that customers invoices are correct and sent to customers
- processing payroll payments and updating journals
