Requirements
- bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent . Master's degree is a plus
- proven experience in design engineering, preferably in a senior level
- strong proficiency in CAD software and other relevant design tools
- in-depth knowledge of engineering principles, materials science, and manufacturing processes
- excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse complex technical issues and propose effective solutions
- strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects concurrently, and meet deadlines
- demonstrated leadership abilities and the capacity to mentor and develop junior engineers
- familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations is preferred
Responsibility
- conduct research , and technical analyses to drive innovative design solutions and optimize product performance
- utilize CAD software and other engineering tools to create detailed design documentation, including 3D models, technical drawings, and specifications
- perform thorough analysis, simulation, and testing to verify design integrity, identify potential issues, and recommend necessary modifications or improvements
- help and guidance for junior engineers, providing technical guidance, expertise, and support throughout the design and development process
- input into the design and development of new products, systems, or components from concept to final implementation, ensuring adherence to project timelines and specifications
- ensure compliance with applicable regulatory standards and industry codes throughout the design process
- participate in design reviews, technical meetings, and project status updates to communicate progress, challenges, and recommendations to stakeholders and senior management
- collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, quality assurance, and Civils, to ensure seamless integration of design activities and project objectives
