Requirements
- experience in IT Helpdesk/IT Support troubleshooting a range of IT issues
- knowledge of current IT technologies such as Networks, OS’s and Hardware
- microsoft 365 application/portal support
- active Directory, DHCP, DNS and IIS administration
- IP/Routing/VLANS/VPN Connectivity
- basic IP/Routing/VLANS/VPN Connectivity
- full UK driver’s license
- have outstanding computer literacy skills and some knowledge of Sage solutions
Responsibility
- ensure client enquiries and requests are dealt with promptly and efficiently
- maintain accurate records of outstanding, in progress and completed work
