Requirements
- we are looking for enthusiastic, fun, energetic people to join our experienced team in delivering a high-quality service
- ensure that all agreed care plans, recording forms, assessments, management strategies, and behavioural interventions are completed
- assist in the development of each individual and sensitively support their personal care needs and relationships
- work a combination of days, evenings, nights, and weekends
- support Environment: 1 year
- work supervised and unsupervised with individual Service Users or small groups, helping to encourage them to remain on task to complete activities
- we have a unique service that offers progressive day opportunities and overnight short breaks for young adults with learning disabilities and complex health needs within a beautiful location on the outskirts of Sudbury
- you would be working as part of a welcoming, friendly team inspiring, encouraging and enabling Service Users to engage in a person-centred programme of learning, vocational & leisure activities
