ACHIEVE CARE is looking for employees for positions:

support worker

  • support worker

Working hours

  • full-time

Responsibility

  • staff will be working with young people on a 1-1 or 1-2 basis, depending on the level of support required
  • staff will need to be patient, understanding and a positive role model for the young people we support
  • staff will be required to work on a 2-week shift Pattern
  • staff will be working with young people on shift and will need to be confident in managing different types of challenging behaviour

Requirements

  • support Worker
  • full UK driving licence is preferable
  • experience is preferable but not essential. -All staff will receive an enhanced DBS check
  • be part of an exciting team, with rewarding work and the ability to have a positive impact on a young person’s life
