- the HR Advisor role is a standalone one and is involved in every aspect of the employee lifecycle and general HR Administration

- this role will give the right candidate a chance to use their experience and knowledge to shape and influence a small Company with big ambition
- collaborating with payroll and providing monthly payroll data
- acting as a first point of contact for all enquiries to the department and supporting any ad-hoc queries/enquiries relating to HR requirements
- continuously monitor, review, and advise on HR policies, processes, and legislation, implementing changes where necessary
- time specific preparation of offer letters, contracts of employment and associated paperwork on acceptance of offer ensuring that the recruitment procedures are adhered too
- manage and own the entire starters, transfers, and leavers processes, ensuring that correct processes are adhered to, and documentation is complete, up to date, and accurate
- manage and own the timely maintenance of the HR database and employee files, ensuring that all records are kept up to date and are accurate at all times. This includes maintaining and updating all systems and spreadsheets
- participating in the implementation of specific projects, procedures, and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the organisation
Requirements
- minimum CIPD Level 3 qualified, preferably Level 5
- experience in an HR Advisor role
- proven experience of improving processes
