Responsibility

  • focus on client growth through proactive sales and networking with new customers, as well as maintaining customer satisfaction within existing clients
  • working B2B and B2C
  • developing effective sales strategies and pricing models for expansion
  • negotiating new deals, contracts, terms & conditions
  • preparing presentations, promoting products and services
  • gain understanding of customers personal or business needs and apply product / service to meet their expectations
  • manage and influence key decision makers at all levels, working with internal and external stakeholders
  • provide demonstrations, training and presentations to help clients discover and understand products/services

Requirements

  • excellent communication skills both written and verbal, professional telephone manner
  • proven previous experience in senior sales
  • great consultative approach and have throughout understanding of the products and services offered to the clients
  • understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
  • solid technical knowledge or engineering background is essential
  • ability to discuss value of BMS solutions to customers, both technical and non-technical
  • highly motivated and target driven
  • being able to work well independently and/or as part of the team
