Responsibility
manage takeover calls, including scheduling, updating customers and ensuring response deadlines are met
ensure the scheduler is kept up to date and that all calls are locked down
ensure all PPM’s are scheduled at least six months in advance
ensure all calls are appropriately processed through the system by the engineers, i.e., completed calls shut down etc
schedule all service-quoted works
manage corrective maintenance calls, including phone answering, logging, scheduling, updating customers and ensuring response deadlines are met
schedule appropriate plant to the site to meet the needs of each call, including the raising of PO’s
manage preventative maintenance calls, including scheduling, updating customers and ensuring response deadlines are met
Requirements
this role would suit a Service Coordinator, Service Planner, Service Scheduler, Service Assistant, and Maintenance Planner
outstanding interpersonal skills
solid geographical awareness of the UK and Ireland
ability to multitask
highly computer literate
someone who has worked on a service desk, understands scheduling/planning/logistics, and has previously worked within the industry or a similar service and maintenance environment
