Responsibility

  • managing a small contracts team, successful candidate will take responsibility for complete management of project milestones nationwide
  • from initial design, liaison with the clients and factory, through to delivery, installation and commissioning of our partition walls
  • system design and site surveys to ensure of manufacture to correct dimensions and specifications
  • effective liaison with production team and contractors to coordinate installations and manage client expectations
  • preparation of necessary CAD drawings for approval
  • managing project timetables and deadlines, prioritising effectively
  • supervising installers on site, taking a leading role in project delivery and execution
  • the ideal candidate will be highly motivated project management professional, with a proven background in leading all aspects of construction contracts management, administration, surveying, budgetary control, compliance and close out
