ACCESSTEC is looking for employees for positions:

project coordinator

Working hours

  • full-time | Temporary | Contract

Responsibility

  • assisting Project manager with daily duties to keep projects running smoothly
  • liaising with AccessTec technicians who are carrying out the work on various sites
  • ordering equipment, tools, PPE & materials required for jobs
  • assisting in compiling project documentation such Risk Assessments, Method statements etc…
  • assisting with resource management and flagging potential resource conflicts
  • ensure up to date and accurate information on project progress, actions and milestones
  • help project teams provide regular updates and reports to clients

Requirements

  • the successful candidate will have proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role
  • an understanding of project management principles, methods and processes
  • solid organisational skills, including multitasking and time-management
  • able to work under pressure to tight deadlines and managing a workload with conflicting priorities
  • possess strong inter-personal and teamwork skills
  • excellent communication skills
  • experience of working in dynamic and fast-paced environments
