Responsibility
- allocation of care workers to clients, preparing rotas ensuring all visits are covered using our rostering system
- ensure holiday, sickness and emergency care calls are assigned appropriately·
- distribution of staff rotas
- act as point of contact and dealing with enquiries when necessary for clients, relatives, Social Services, other health professionals, Care Workers
- assess capacity for new client referrals
- answering all incoming phone calls and dealing with all queries in a prompt, efficient and professional manner
- partaking in the out of hours On Call rota
- willingness to support the team in the field when needed
