Requirements
applicant should have previous administration experience and be able to offer immediate support
salary based on experience together with a company pension scheme. Working hours 8.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday
must be well organised and able to cope within a busy office environment
excellent communication skills to be the first point of contact for incoming service and breakdown calls
outgoing and friendly for small office team
previous administration experience essential
experience of Syrinx software advantageous
driving licence preferred due to location
Responsibility
administration of service department including making bookings, liaising with subcontractors and suppliers, preparing quotations, invoicing, processing warranty claims and diary management
dealing with invoice queries
providing administration support to the service team
communicate with customers both via email and over the phone to assist the service department with customer repairs, breakdowns and warranty calls
