ACCESS PLATFORM SALES is looking for employees for positions:

service administrator

Working hours

  • full-time

Requirements

  • applicant should have previous administration experience and be able to offer immediate support
  • salary based on experience together with a company pension scheme. Working hours 8.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday
  • must be well organised and able to cope within a busy office environment
  • excellent communication skills to be the first point of contact for incoming service and breakdown calls
  • outgoing and friendly for small office team
  • previous administration experience essential
  • experience of Syrinx software advantageous
  • driving licence preferred due to location

Responsibility

  • administration of service department including making bookings, liaising with subcontractors and suppliers, preparing quotations, invoicing, processing warranty claims and diary management
  • dealing with invoice queries
  • providing administration support to the service team
  • communicate with customers both via email and over the phone to assist the service department with customer repairs, breakdowns and warranty calls
