- exposure to a digital suite of systems such as CRM, Devops, Mobile Apps, BPM
- supporting the quality assurance of the overall service by developing appropriate acceptance criteria
- experience of In-depth knowledge of the Workday system deployment lifecycle
- able to articulate and identify Risks Issues and Dependencies
- experience in MES systems, ISA95, SCADA, and factory automation
- experience of working in a GDS framework
- strong experience in integration solutions utilising REST, ERP integration, messaging, MQTT, and other IIoT technologies
- facilitating setting of business priorities for change initiatives of medium complexity
- strong understanding of Human Resources function and business processes preferably within a Financial Services Organisation
- stakeholder Management, Communication, presentation and facilitation, able to run key Agile Ceremonies such as stand-up retrospectives
- experience of benefits definition and activity based costing
- strong understanding of software development life cycle and project management methodologies
- managing and implementing requests for changes to baseline requirements
- experience of working with a recognised Agile or Iterative development methodology
- experience in taking information from multiple sources and synthesising conclusions for both a technical and non-technical audience
- experience of using ServiceNow/previous ServiceNow projects and an understanding of what is possible within the platform
- excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- experience of Agile documentation including Backlogs, Customer Journeys, Use Cases, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria etc
- experience of using ServiceNow to document requirements in stories and progress these through the SDLC
- strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- experience of a variety of requirements elicitation techniques
- A track record of working on IT development programmes with demonstrable experience of working on a variety of different IT delivery projects
- good facilitation and influencing skills with the ability to work with large groups of staff of varying level of seniority
- ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment and use an iterative method and flexible approach to enable rapid delivery and manage a tight schedule
- able to lead other business analysts and mentor others, develop Business Analysis best practice, own stakeholder relationships and contribute to communities-of-practice activities
