- we are looking for two energetic and enthusiastic Concierge's to join the Access Community Trust team in Lowestoft, providing expert assistance for people who are homeless or in need of high-quality temporary emergency accommodation in a safe and secure environment
- you will have good problem solving skills, be resilient and have excellent communication skills
- location: Based in Lowestoft
- to undertake domestic duties including cleaning stairs, offices, communal areas and toilets
- hours: Shifts are 11.5 hours on a rolling 4 on/4 off basis
- liaising with the police and other agencies to prevent damage to premises
- pay: Base rate of £10.90 per hour with an enhanced rate of £12.40 between the hours of Midnight - 6am
- the key responsibilities will require the postholder to be available to deal with the general security of the building and its residents, being available to be a friendly ear in times of need and to perform tasks aimed at supporting the operation such as helping to keep the premises clean and tidy and to update computer systems with relevant information as required
- reporting to: Housing Co-Ordinator
- maintaining manual and computerised records and monitoring CCTV screens

- carrying out minor repairs, e.g. changing light bulbs on stairs and landings

- pay: Base rate of £10.90 per hour, with an additional £1.50 enhancement paid for hours worked between the hours of Midnight - 6am

Requirements
- A thorough knowledge of housing related support
- A professional qualification in housing, social work, community work or similar area of work
