Responsibility

  • this is a hands on position as typical projects are relatively small
  • this is a salaried, full time position on PAYE. We are not part of the CIS scheme
  • we are looking for an individual to manage projects from start to finish, with a good all round knowledge in shop fitting
  • wage
  • you will manage a small team of freelance operatives brought in specifically for the task in hand and ensure work is carried out to the highest standard
  • you should have a good understanding of all elements of MEP, carpentry, flooring, cabinetry in order to lead skilled operatives safely in these areas

  • you should also have a good head for problem solving and be able to work under pressure with good attention to detail

Requirements

  • sound knowledge of the construction industry from both a construction and installation perspective
  • previous knowledge of shop fitting
  • good head for solving problems
  • good time keeping
  • presentable appearance and good customer liaison skills
