Responsibility

  • A background in dentistry management will be preferable
  • accenta Healthcare is a group of 3 high quality dental practices looking for a lead manager to support and grow the business
  • the practices are in Berkshire, Surrey and Middlesex and the manager will be expected to help increase the portfolio across these areas and into London and Buckinghamshire
  • liaise with companies for best market rates
  • organise purchases and equipment maintenance with staff
  • manage financial systems and monitor bookkeeping
  • provide management reports
  • ensure all practice appearances are kept to immaculate standard and organise repairs promptly

  • previous dental management experience of large or multiple practices
  • business area manager experience to grow practices and portfolio
  • dental Practice Manager: 5 years
  • practice Managers: 5 years
  • dental Practice Management: 5 years
