- headhunting candidates via telephone and LinkedIn to source CVs for clients
- selling jobs to candidates
- regularly scanning job boards and LinkedIn for new or active candidates coming on to the market
- advertising roles and screening candidates who apply
- assist in direct marketing efforts where appropriate, including sending out mailers and other collateral under the guidance of the Team Manager
- attend interviews and client meetings where appropriate with the Team Manager
- mapping the governance market and researching relevant industry sectors to gain a clear understanding of client businesses, organization structures and recruitment requirements
