- adult Care: 5 years
- health & Social Care Management: 3 years
- our management team is currently seeking an experienced, well-established professional who is eager to continue their progression and development in the management area of Adult Care
- your primary focus will be to support our Home and Care Managers in promoting compliance and best practice alongside acting as a source of information
- competitive salary of up to £37,100 per annum, depending on skills, training and experience
Responsibility
- providing support and working closely with the Group Quality and Compliance Manager in reviewing service quality and providing effective and supportive communication with regard to areas of non-compliance
- coordinating and carrying out auditing services and ensuring specific targets are set out in action plans
