  • updating project schedules and project planner to include projects, holiday, absences
  • daily management of project mailbox
  • excellent organisational skills with ability to organise others and manage several trades operating in conjunction
  • management of paperwork returns, liaising with Management and Supervisors
  • due to continued growth AC Gold are looking for an experienced Operations Administrator/Coordinator to support our multi trade contracts. Construction knowledge and experience would be beneficial to this role
  • ability to work flexibly and creatively to meet multiple deadlines
  • you’ll be responsible for the coordination of information from project commencement through to completion. You’ll work closely with the Operations Management team to ensure the smooth running of multi trade contracts
