Responsibility

  • researching and obtaining quotations from Hotels & Venues, dealing with client briefs, sourcing event locations throughout UK, Europe, Worldwide
  • rate negotiations with hotels, & Venues working to processes and time frames to deliver fully detailed proposals
  • this is an exciting opportunity for a pro-active candidate with a can-do attitude and outstanding attention to detail
  • the applicant should be able to work well under pressure, meet deadlines, hi motivated, be highly detailed with excellent negotiation and communication skills along with excellent time management skills

  • you will work closely with our key clients and develop excellent relationships across all levels of the M&E business. You will maximise client revenue through up selling and promotion of the company's services in all areas of M&E business
  • monday – Friday 9-00 – 5.00
  • the successful candidate will have impeccable organisational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with people both inside and outside the organisation and enjoy working as part of a small team
