Responsibility

  • absolute Livingspace are a Residential Refurbishment and New Build Contractor completing projects in the Traditional and D&B markets
  • whilst achieving the highest quality project and ensuring that the highest safety and environmental standards are maintained
  • absolute Workspace Group are recruiting a Contracts Manager for our Absolute Livingspace business to manage our projects within Central London and the South East
  • reporting to the Group Construction Director you would be expected to demonstrate a clear understanding of the construction management role, management of subcontractors and to have a proven track record of delivering successful residential projects
  • the Contracts Manager will be responsible for managing multiple projects each with a Site Manager or Project Manager who will be responsible for the delivery of the project on time and on budget
  • we expect any applicant to have at least ten years site management experience, have a broad construction based technical experience, have a relevant Health & Safety qualification ideally SMSTS, be confident in the use of IT packages and systems, have great communication skills and have a proven track record in the industry
