- RESPONSIBLE TO : Home Manager
- to ensure Training & Development folders are used and updated following training
- attend mandatory training days/courses, on or off site, as and when required
- to prepare all orders for goods weekly and to determine the quality and quantity upon delivery to ensure adequate stock control
- ensure statutory Health and Safety standards in the kitchen and dining areas
