Responsibility
- managing a small team of Fulfilment operatives, supporting, motivating and developing the team
- working alongside the team in a hands-on role, driving performance
- managing daily workload planning to deliver efficient and accurate daily picking, packing and despatch of customer orders
- maintaining accurate stock control and performing stock checks, supporting delivery of investigations and reconciliation against WMS
- preparing shipments for 3PL, multi channel and waste disposal activities. Liaising with suppliers and B2B customers to deliver
- incoming goods receipt activities, unloading, stock inspection and ensuring accurate quantities received into the WMS in a timely manner
- maintaining Fulfilment performance against KPIs
- supporting the Operations Manager to deliver the goals and H&S, Standards
