Requirements

  • scheduling appointments for the engineering team using highly efficient planning and organisational skills
  • providing high levels of customer service internally and externally via telephone and email
  • assisting with queries and resolving problems that arise when necessary
  • producing and maintaining a range of administration processes and clerical work
  • supporting team where necessary
  • able to use initiative and be resourceful whilst thinking ahead, being proactive and planning
  • ideally previous experience of working with engineers, electricians or within the energy sector
  • motivated, self-starter who’s positive, friendly and willing to muck in
