Responsibility
- motivating, supporting and providing guidance to production staff
- supervising operations within a Sewing/Cutting & Assembly facility to achieve higher output
- planning, scheduling and coordinating production of the company’s products
- evaluating raw materials and equipment to ensure everything is in place for production
- reporting on the production status and any production issues to upper management
- we are looking for a highly motivated candidate who can Supervise the Able2 busy Production & Assembly Team. We are the manufacturer of textile/foam & Pressure Relief products. We supply to customers within the UK & Europe
- handling production disruptions and productivity problems
- finding ways to improve productivity and reduce costs
