fabricator welder
Working hours
- full-time | Permanent
Responsibility
- fabrication in our workshop of structural steelwork, staircases, balustrades and various Architectural Metalwork to a high standard
- must to be able to work on own initiative from complex drawings in a timely and organised manner
Requirements
- fully qualified fabricator welder with a minium of 5 years experience
- experiecne of fabricating structural steelwork, steel staircases, balustrades and other architectural metalwork
- MIG, MMA, cutting and marking out using PLASMA and Oxy-acetylene
- mainly workshop based but some site based work may also be required
- competency in operating overhead cranes and counter-balanced forklift would be an advantage
- due to the nature of the work you will need to be physically fit and active
- CSCS Trade card advantageous
- other qualifications such as PASMA, IPAF, CPCS - Telehandler, slinger/signaller and other relevant training would be an advantage
