Responsibility

  • managing course diaries
  • showing visitors around the Construction Training Centre when required
  • completing booking forms ready for invoicing
  • to carry out such other duties which are within the scope of the post, as directed by the Centre Manager
  • answering incoming sales calls, providing construction course advice efficiently and accurately
  • providing helpdesk cover when required answering enquiries accurately
