  • providing helpdesk cover when required answering enquiries accurately

  • perform maintenance as required

Requirements

  • proven experience in a caretaking or maintenance role is preferred
  • strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various systems effectively
  • familiarity with general skills such as plumbing and carpentry
  • experience in supervising staff, demonstrating strong leadership qualities
  • ability to read schematics and understand technical documentation related to maintenance tasks
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with attention to detail in all tasks performed
