Responsibility
- managing our team of staff including bar staff & cleaner/weekend cleaner
- rota production and organise staff wages for payment
- using experience to create a positive environment for Staff and Customers
- ensure legal requirements are upheld including Health and Safety matters and other regulations including licensing, staff hours and breaks
- able to train staff to a high standard
- place orders to ensure the bar/catering facilities is well stocked and take deliveries
- upkeep of cleanliness to Beer lines, bar area and buildings
- to maintain profit margins and maximise where possible
