  • clean and sanitise bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas
  • change bed linens and towels as required
  • vacuum carpets and sweep floors
  • replenish amenities such as toiletries and refreshments
  • report any maintenance issues to the relevant department
  • assist with laundry duties when necessary

Requirements

  • proven experience in commercial cleaning or housekeeping roles
  • strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with guests
  • familiarity with hotel housekeeping procedures is advantageous
  • ability to cook basic meals for guests if required
