the role involves managing and scheduling appointments, managing practitioner diaries and mailbox management would be included
the second CRM is a mental health portal connected to an EAP and the administrator is responsible for adding new clients
an induction and in house training will be provided
we are looking to recruit an experienced office administrator to work from 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday, in an occupational health setting
however, previous experience in administration is required and an occupational health or health background would be an advantage
you will also be required to manage telephone calls with clients who may have occupational health queries, liaising with GP practices and other health practitioners
the company also have a dedicated Employee Assistance Programme telephone line and the role will include answering calls, screening calls and booking in time with our practitioners
this is a fast-paced organisation and requires someone with excellent communication and organisation skills
Requirements
administrative experience: 5 years
occupational health or health: 1 year
microsoft Word and Excel: 5 years
data entry: 1 year
