Responsibility

  • carry out required PPM visits for assigned maintenance contract
  • attend and rectify any reactive callouts assigned to you
  • identify maintenance extra works wherever possible which may include remedial work, system enhancements/upgrades, energy saving works etc
  • point of contact for team members for help & support on technical queries, quoting etc
  • embrace company values, ethos and support new initiatives creating and maintaining a true team culture
  • deliver high level of service and communication with customers at all times, going above and beyond to resolve customer issues and providing required assistance
