Responsibility
- we are looking for a full time, Level 3 qualified Deputy Manager to join our team
- we are passionate about staff well-being and offer high quality care to the families we work with
- it is their ship to sail and we will help you be the best captain you can be
- you will be responsible for ensuring that all necessary activities are completed to ensure the smooth running of the settings
- you will report directly to the Operations Director who is also a Qualified Early Years Teacher
- with 3 settings in Cheshire, we encourage our Managers to share our vision but take ownership in how they run their setting
- we require a passionate Deputy Nursery Manager who has managerial experience and someone with excellent practice to role model their love for the Early Years
- our full job description is available upon request but in essence you will lead your team across our 0-2 room, 3-4 year room and out of school club
Education
- A-Level or equivalent
- GCSE or equivalent
Requirements
- childcare: 3 years
- management: 2 years
- nursery: 3 years
- nursery experience: 3 years
- excellent knowledge of OFSTED requirements and expectations
