as an Insolvency Specialist in our credit control department, you will be responsible for excellent customer service and providing the best outcome for creditors and clients
take actions to encourage timely payments by clients
process payments and refunds
resolve billing issues
issue Breach Notices where applicable
create catch up payments for clients in arrears and discuss payment breaks
contact clients inline with our arrears contact strategy

deal with all parts of the IVA post-appointment process
proactively liaise with customers and creditors via email, telephone and letter
answer customer questions regarding insolvency rules and regulations

answer incoming calls and transfer calls to appropriate departments as needed
follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies established by the company and within the department
provide excellent customer service

at least 1 years' experience in an Insolvency based role
excellent communication skills with the ability to proactively build customer relationships
ability to work independently and within a team environment
