Responsibility
deal with all parts of the IVA post-appointment process
proactively liaise with customers and creditors via email, telephone and letter
answer customer questions regarding insolvency rules and regulations
answer incoming calls and transfer calls to appropriate departments as needed
follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies established by the company and within the department
provide excellent customer service

monitor customer accounts in arrears on a daily basis if payments
ensuring clients payments are made in line with pre agreed insolvency arrangements and helping clients catch up where and when necessary
as an Insolvency Specialist in our credit control department, you will be responsible for excellent customer service and providing the best outcome for creditors and clients
take actions to encourage timely payments by clients
