Responsibility

  • deal with all parts of the IVA post-appointment process
  • proactively liaise with customers and creditors via email, telephone and letter
  • answer customer questions regarding insolvency rules and regulations
  • answer incoming calls and transfer calls to appropriate departments as needed
  • follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies established by the company and within the department
  • provide excellent customer service

Responsibility

  • at Abbotts Insolvency we believe that a friendly, personal service from a dedicated team makes an IVA more likely to succeed
  • monitor customer accounts in arrears on a daily basis if payments
  • ensuring clients payments are made in line with pre agreed insolvency arrangements and helping clients catch up where and when necessary
  • as an Insolvency Specialist in our credit control department, you will be responsible for excellent customer service and providing the best outcome for creditors and clients
  • take actions to encourage timely payments by clients
  • process payments and refunds
  • resolve billing issues
  • issue Breach Notices where applicable
