- excellent communication skills with the ability to proactively build customer relationships
- ability to work independently and within a team environment
- insolvency: 1 year
Responsibility
- deal with all parts of the IVA post-appointment process
- proactively liaise with customers and creditors via email, telephone and letter
- answer customer questions regarding insolvency rules and regulations
- answer incoming calls and transfer calls to appropriate departments as needed
- follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies established by the company and within the department
- provide excellent customer service
