Responsibility
\* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including financial documents and client information
\* Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments
\* Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail
\* Provide support to team members as needed to help enhance company efficiency
Requirements
\* Preferably two years of experience in an administrative and/or client facing role
\* More importantly, an eagerness to learn and develop
\* Strong written and verbal communication skills
\* Competency with IT
\* A strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
\* Experience in the financial sector or within SJP preferred but not essential
