working as part of a small team to ensure the safety & functional running of all sites
develop maintenance schedules and ensure they are implemented
carrying out of inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues
to prepare and control a 5-year planned works programme
input and hold responsibility for the maintenance budget
manage, coach, supervise & develop the Maintenance team to carry out their roles in a safe and effective manner
support, comply and ensure complicity with Health & Safety regulations and all Company policies and procedures
Requirements
completed a fully indentured apprenticeship
at least 10 years experience in a Maintenance role
excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
competent in problem solving, planning and decision making
have a caring and compassionate nature
clean driving license and use of own vehicle
previous experience in a similar role
