  • answer and deal with or transfer calls / emails in a professional manner to the appropriate person
  • computer skills - typing quotes and emailing them, updating data bases
  • getting quotes from suppliers and giving to appropriate person
  • ordering materials via email and tying up acknowledgements and delivery notes for the different jobs
  • invoicing and taking payments either by card or cash for our cash sales
  • making up job packs for the fitters
  • filing of invoices for completed jobs
