Responsibility
- produce payroll spreadsheets for all Charity staff, incorporating all new starters and leavers
- process and input salaried time sheets
- input mileage onto the mileage spreadsheets and provide them to Finance
- input senior timesheets onto their payroll spreadsheet, making notes to ensure hours are added to csv file
- calculate and record entitlements for company sick pay, SSP, maternity pay, holiday and compassionate/carer leave
- complete all data for support workers on guaranteed hours contracts before finalising their pay
- process all tax documentation, for example, P45/P46 &Tax Codes
- create csv files for each payroll in line with deadlines and upload to Sage 50 payroll
