Responsibility

  • produce payroll spreadsheets for all Charity staff, incorporating all new starters and leavers
  • process and input salaried time sheets
  • input mileage onto the mileage spreadsheets and provide them to Finance
  • input senior timesheets onto their payroll spreadsheet, making notes to ensure hours are added to csv file
  • calculate and record entitlements for company sick pay, SSP, maternity pay, holiday and compassionate/carer leave
  • complete all data for support workers on guaranteed hours contracts before finalising their pay
  • process all tax documentation, for example, P45/P46 &Tax Codes
  • create csv files for each payroll in line with deadlines and upload to Sage 50 payroll
