Responsibility
- chase outstanding debt by telephone/e-mail, promptly highlight overdues to management
- monthly intercompany reconciliation of our United States subsidiary
- liaise internally to resolve delivery or pricing queries, raise credit notes if necessary
- maintain up to date credit checks on major customers and of any changes to ratings
- any other adhoc tasks as required
- monthly processing of company Credit Cards
- liaise with sales and production regarding collection of overdue accounts and how to manage debt recovery
