Responsibility
- the Ground Worker is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the grounds and parking areas
- this position will also be responsible for assisting with the delivery of materials and equipment as needed
- the ideal candidate will be able to work independently and will be a team player who is willing to help out with tasks as needed
- perform other duties as assigned by the general manager
Requirements
- high School Diploma or GED preferred; or equivalent experience
- previous experience as a groundskeeper preferred
- must have valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- must be able to read and understand instructions; follow established safety rules and guidelines; work alone and with others under difficult conditions
- must have good time management skills; attention to detail; organizational skills; problem solving; critical thinking; ability to speak clearly and respectfully with others
