  • managing correspondence between the sales team and their clients

  • maintaining and supporting the accounts held by the sales team and assisting in account management and administration
  • handle all enquiries and queries from clients as directed by the sales team
  • keeping track of sales targets
  • answering phone calls

Requirements

  • educated to a degree level
  • educated to degree level
  • career-focused, with strong desire to progress within a start-up
  • strong IT Skills
  • an interest in the financial markets and the DLT and crypto asset class
  • ability to work well under pressure and in an intense environment
  • A quick learner with good analytical, written and numerical skills
  • A structured and accurate working manner, especially with data inputting skills, excellent attention to details is a must
