Responsibility

  • position: Contract Manager
  • AAM Maintenance Ltd is a large maintenance contractor seeking an experienced Contracts Facilities Manager to oversee M&E projects and PPM contracts for our clients
  • the Contract Manager will have a strong M&E background and will be responsible for ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of customer service, and that their facilities are operating efficiently and effectively
  • the Contract Manager will also be expected to provide guidance on contract maintenance, as well as provide support to their team members
