Working hours

Responsibility

  • setting up customer accounts both credit and cash
  • obtaining credit reports as and when required
  • setting credit limits and managing according to the company’s credit policy
  • day-to-day credit control i.e., sending copies of invoices and chasing debt
  • resolving customer queries and liaising with relevant departments
  • producing monthly ageing reports and overdue balances and regularly reviewing
  • reviewing the daily reports to manage customers at their credit limit
  • preparing and attending monthly debtors’ meetings with senior management
